How do i change all Pictures name ?

Im new user with this program and i need to change pic' name how can i do it to 400 Pic'?

i want it to be like that:

OpenStage01_Medium.JPG
OpenStage02_Medium.JPG
OpenStage03_Medium.JPG
OpenStage04_Medium.JPG
OpenStage05_Medium.JPG

ect.

Hi Dikla, welcome.

Since you didn't mention the original file name, i think you want remove them?

And since you mention 400 pic's, you wont go far with numbering your files with two digits only.... use 001, 002, 003 instead.

So do this:

FROM:
Test.jpg
Just an another test file.jpg
TO:
OpenStage001_Medium.JPG
OpenStage002_Medium.JPG

- copy a few of your pic into an temp-folder to check if all works fine first!!!
- open BRU
- navigate to your temp-folder
- if needed, use "Selections(12) [ *.jpg]" ----- Un-check, re-check "[X] Files" to make the filtering done.
- Select a few files for first test (watch how your file name changes while doing the following steps)
- File(2) [ Fixed ] ---- [ OpenStage_Medium ] to drop the old file name and name it now "OpenStage_Medium"
- Numbering(10) [ Insert ] ---- Pad [ 3 ] ----- at [ 9 ] so the digits went behind "OpenStage" and before "_Medium" so you get "OpenStage001_Medium.JPG"
- if all went fine, press on the big [Rename]
- if the test files are renamed OK, go ahead to whatever you wanna do.
