BRU 2,2,7,0 @ 800x600 : truncated window

Hello,

I must be the only person running at 800x600.

At this resolution, only about 90% of the
BRU window is visible; notably, the "Rename" button is completely
missing.

Also, horizontal resizing of the window does not work.
Everything is ok at 1024x768 and a previous version (2,2,5,0)
works fine at 800x600.

Has 800x600 support been dropped? (1024x768 is very uncomfortable for me due to vision difficulties.)

I would absolutely LOVE to drop support for 800x600, as it would give me much more screen-space to add fucntionality, but no, it's still currently supported. Are you using Large Fonts?

I'll drop my screen back to 800x600 and see if I can recreate it.

Okay, I've changed my second monitor to 800 x 600 and tried it with the latest Beta (2.2.7.2). I lose about 5 pixels from the right of thescreen.

I've amended the layout slightly, and the next release will not lose any pixels in "Standard 800x600" resolution, i.e. 800x600 on XP with normal fonts.

Thanks for the quick response.

No, I'm using normal fonts - but forgot that I scaled them by changing the dpi from 96 to 105 (effectively 109% of normal).

All is well at 96dpi. Sorry for the noise.

Many thanks. I have improved the layout slightly for the next release anyway, so hopefully there will be no issues when 2.2.8.0 comes out.
