Bulk Rename Utility

Can I bulk rename using the first line of content of each file, or the <TITLE> line of an HTML? How can I get this done, even if it means creating a file list through other programs... A Million thanks.

Unfortunately no, at the moment this feature isn't supported I'm afraid.
