Search Companion results

I have an issue with "date modified". Something went through the file system and changed the "date modified" of an entire file structure with hundreds of sub folders. I can use the Windows Search Companion to search and find all the modified files with the incorrect date. I can highlight them and right click and choose "bulk rename here" but i only get the results of a single folder in BRU.
The BRU works great if I want to go folder by folder.

Is there a way to process the search results of many folders in one sweep?
is there a way to process sub folders?

I may have found my solution, by enabling, Options > Sorting Sort Files and Folders Together.
