Replacing blank space with underscores

Hello!

Is it possible to replace blank spaces in a filename with underscore?

For example:

abc 123.pdf

to

abc_123.pdf

Any help is appreciated.

How is it done?

I tried using the replace and just spaced over and then I put _ in the "with"field and it didn't seem to work.

I also tried /s and replace with _ and that didn't work either.

I can't seem to figure it out.

FROM:
abc 123.pdf

TO:
abc_123.pdf

USE:
Repl.(3)
Replace: ~
With: _

Explanations:
In the Replace -field enter an blank sign instead of the '~' sign. Just press the spacebar one time while the cursor is in this field.
In the With -field put an underscore sign.
Don't forget to select a few files in the Name column to see in the NewName column the current planned modifications!
You should see immediately that it works.
If it don't work, then your blanks are no really blanks but an other invisible sign.

Thanks! Still doesn't seem to work. I'll just leave the blank spaces.

At least I was able to remove symbols which is a big plus!
