Bulk Rename Utility

Hi,

I am trying to number a range of files and folders. These are the current file/foldernames, and this is what I want to see before I start the renumbering process:

file_001.jpg
file_002.jpg
file_003.jpg
folder_004.jpg
file_005.jpg
file_006.jpg
folder_007.jpg
file_008.jpg
etc.

I cannot find a way to get BRU to sort files and folders chronologically, the folders are always on top like in windows. Is that at all possible? Thanks for any suggestions on this.

BRU always sorts folders separate from files. This operates the same way as Windows Explorer.

Do you still have a requirement for this? As I'm looking at adding a facility to sort files and folders together.
