F5 (Refresh Tree) - Documents persists

When you do an F5, the 'Documents' (or some other folder) persists.

One way around that, is to set focus in the Tree to a directory that has no subdirectories.

Is there a way, easier way, that all entries from the File List window can be removed?
Perhaps an Option like, 'Ignore Tree on F5', so the tree (itself) is ineffectual, not figured in the current action - as far as clearing the File List goes.

I should have been clearer.
I was on XP at the time, so version 2713.

Seems on XP, when you open BRU, Tree defaults to 'Computer', & 'Documents' shows in the File List.

On Win7, when you open BRU, Tree also defaults to 'Computer', but the File List is empty (which is what I was wanting).
Both 2713 & 3000 work the same on Win7.

Issue persists with BRU 3.0.0.1 - on WinXP.

Can be worked around by, 12:Filters, & unselectinig Folders.

Eh, but that's not really "right", as doing so ends up scanning subdirectories of dropped filenames, & that certainly is not efficient.
