Possible to move digit from middle to end?

Would it be possible to move a numeric digit which is found before an underscore to the end of a file name which comes before a period?
In other words, whatever the number (0-9), the one digit that is present needs to be moved from EX: Jim2_Kelly.jpg to Jim_Kelly2.jpg
I don't mind doing it separately for each number if I have to. Since the names are of different lengths, it can't be done by moving it so many places.
Any help would be much appreciated.
