Cannot change the email address in User Control Panel

I want to change the email I have set in the forum (mostly in order to get notifications to replies to my subscribed threads to my new email account).

So, I have tried setting it myself in User Control Panel|Profile tab|Edit account settings but it's not possible to change.
I've also sent a message via the form in http://www.bulkrenameutility.co.uk/Contact.php on 1/31/16.
Admin, could you please check out that message that I had sent you?
