Bulk Rename Utility

ok say I have this
Aint Your Mama_Jennifer Lopez.mp3
All About Us_Jordan Fisher.mp3
Boomerang_Lavendine.mp3
Church Bells_Carrie Underwood.mp3

and want to change I these to this:

Aint Your Mama_-_JENNIFER LOPEZ.mp3
All About Us_-_JORDAN FISHER.mp3
Boomerang_-_LAVENDINE.mp3
Church Bells_-_CARRIE UNDERWOOD.mp3

Which means between _ and .mp3 I want capital letters or is there a way to do it.

Do you want to add _-_ too? thanks

This is a great program I wish I knew more it seems to be a very powerful program.
well yes that would be nice too
I already accomplished that from _ to _-_ but I want the caps to come after _-_ and stop before .mp3
