Renaming wav-files (audiobooks)

Hi! I am trying to rename a lot of files for an audiobook service, and it's very important that I get it correct in order to make it work properly. Here's an example of the original names. I'd like to rename them to: 001.wav, 002.wav, 003.wav etc. I was able to change them to 01.wav, 02.wav etc, but not with the extra zero. Does anyone know how I can do that? Would be very grateful for help! :)

01_Kvinnen_p_Wildfell_Hall.wav
02_Lydbokavtalen.wav
08_Om_oversettelsen.wav
09_Til_Herr_J_Halford.wav
10_Kapittel_I_En_oppdagelse.wav
11_Kapittel_II_En_samtale.wav
12_Kapittel_III_En_uoverensstemmelse.wav
13_Kapittel_IV_Selskapet.wav
14_Kapittel_V_Atelieret.wav
15_Kapittel_VI_Fremskritt.wav
16_Kapittel_VII_Utflukten.wav

I suppose your best option is probably to use Numbering (10) then when you've renamed them with the new numbers you can use regex to rename the files.

Numbering (10)
Mode: Prefix
Start: 1
Pad: 3

Rename
Reset

ReGex (1)
Match:^(\d{3})
Replace: \1

Renumbering (10)

Padding = 3
