*.bru file keeps reappearing!

Quite a while ago, I created a favorites file (which has the extension .bru). I no longer needed the file after a time, so I deleted it.

Now, when I restart BRU, this file magically gets "created" by BRU (I guess?) where it once existed (my desktop).

First off, I'm not sure why this behavior would be normal. Second, I'm not sure where to look to turn such a feature off.

Hi iRob,

There's a setting on the BRU menu for "save favourite on exit" (or similar). If you have this arrangement, when you quite BRU it will save the favourite.

Workarounds: Save the favourite to a different location and then quit BRU, or untick the "save on exit" option.
