Bulk Rename Utility

Hello
I have these videos and subtitles files, How can I batch rename them?

And what, you wanted the subtitled to be renamed the same as the video (except for extension)?

And in your shot, which files are the video & which are the subs?

In case, if you remove [iPUNISHER] & then everything starting from the opening paren, (, ...

Are the -02, -03, -04 ... files supposed to match up with one another?
If so, note there are no matches for -01 & -08.
