Bulk Rename Utility

Where the heck do I go to download the last version of this program, the one where the right click context menus work? I can't find it.

Never mind, I fixed it. If you find this while searching for a solution to the same problem, then I have one for you:
Windows+R
Type regedit and hit enter
Say yes to the UAC prompt.
Warning: be very careful to not delete or modify anything that I don't explicitly mention. If you see something that looks like something I mention but not exactly like it, then leave it alone.
Naviagte to HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Folder\shell
Right click the "shell" folder and Choose New > Key
Type in BRUext and hit enter.
Close regedit. The Bulk Rename Her option should be there now.
