Hi,

My problem is that the files are arranged in Seasons folders ( which is good ) but file names are sequential

Season 1
MyShowS01E01....mkv
.
.
MyShowS01E24....mkv

Season 2
MyShowS02E25....mkv
.
.
MyShowS02E49...mkv

Is there a way to change the 25...49 into 1...24 again?

Thanks!

Hi,

Under Section:
Numbering (10)

You can Tick (Folder). This resets the counter when entering a new folder/subfolder.

Break controls this also...by parts of filename changes

Hi,

Best way I see, not knowing your file paths/ folder tree. (Looks like all is in 1 big folder by your settings).

First, Select the files, Range start to end.
Then use (5) to cut out the part your renumbering. ect.. POS 10 to 13
Then (10) to renumber and set it ( @ ) POS 10, where you cut out in step above, staring with 1.

Did you read under program, help/index/autonumbering. This explains how...
