How remove numbers before extension when position varies

After I transcode with handbrake, a number is added to the name at the end just before the extension. A dash is also added.

Example:
namex-23.jpg
namexyx-24.jpg
namezyxxax-25.jpg

I want to remove the "-23" "-24" "-25" Etc.
The characters I want to remove can vary by position due to name length.

Is it possible to remove automatic numbering using the Bulk rename
Utility when the position of the numbering changes due to name lengths?
