Start duplicates from _1

Hi,

I am using the prevent duplicates option to automatically rename duplicates but I'd like to start the sequence from _1

Example:
12345
12345_1
12345_2
12345_3

Is the current output when trying to rename 4 files with the same name. I love it if the output can be:

12345_1
12345_2
12345_3
12345_4

I would greatly appreciate an assistance or work-around.
