Changing file extensions

I need to change a bunch of file extensions. I downloaded version 2.0.3.1. It doesn't look like the screenshot at: which shows an "extension" box (10). Is there a way to change a bunch of extensions with e version I have or can I find the version shown in the screen shot somewhere?

Do you mean Section: (11).
Section: (10) should be for renumbering.

You can use Regex (1) also.

11:Extension -> Remove

7: Add -> Suffix {.new_extension}
- so .xxx, if you wanted to change all extensions to .xxx
