Windows XP numbering ?

Hello guys,
I'm sorry to bother you for such a basic question, but i'm trying to rename a bunch of files (from 1 to 999) with an XP logical sort sequence, such as :
FILE-1.csv become FILE-1.csv
FILE-2.csv --> FILE-10.csv
FILE-3.csv --> FILE-100.csv
FILE-4.csv --> FILE-101.csv
.
.
.
FILE-12.csv --> FILE-109.csv
FILE-13.csv --> FILE-11.csv
I know there is an option called "Logical Sorting", wich allows me to sort my files with an XP logical sort-sequence, but my goal is to rename my files with such a sort-sequence, as explained in the exemple... Is this even possible ?
I thought the "revert" option close to the "rename" button would allow me to do this, but it seems that it's not used for this purpose ^^
Have a great day, and thank you for this awesome woftware !
