Bulk Rename Utility

Hi there, i really was searching the forums and tried a lot to get it working..i doublechecked if names are correct and etc..but i cant get it to work.
i have a textfile (in the moment just with one set :

testmich.mp3|test.wav

testmich.mp3 is the original file and the test.wav should be the output ..of course i know that there is no conversion happening ..i just chose this as a test.. but i can do whatever..if i select all files in the folder or just the testmich...it simply doesnt work..or maybe do i need a special version of this programm
ans i importet the textlist in the action menu

i thought it might be helpful, but if its not working not really

help would be nice ..kind regards

finally i found the solution..
the textfile has to be in ansi not utf-8
