I'm running BRU 3.0.0.1 64-bit on Windows 10 Pro Version 1803. Trying to rename items in a Box folder but I cannot get BRU to go to that folder. I have tried Actions --> Jump to Path, browsing to the path via the open folder icon, and running Bulk Rename Here from Windows Explorer, but nothing works. If I'm in the program, I get the "Not Responding" error, and if I'm in Explorer I don't get any kind of error message.
I found an old post that sounds like it's describing my problem, but the solution to that problem was that it was fixed in BRU 2.1.7.3. As with that poster, I am connected to a very large networked drive. Is it possible that fix was omitted from 3.0? I'm willing to run tests or answer more questions if I can, but I'm not exactly a computer whiz. Thanks.
