F9 Slow To Redraw on old machine

No big deal & just to note, but it is.
Hit F9 & take out your eraser & watch as boxes 13 & 14 are erased from the screen.

BRU 3.1
XP e4300, 2 GB RAM, NVIDIA GeForce4 MX 440 graphics (zoom, zoom ;-))

XP, SP3 (with SSE2 support).

Actually a fine running ("business") machine - within limits (so no, I'm not playing videos...).
I'll just chalk it up to old (ancient) hardware that just isn't jiving with the particular code that repaints the screen as 13: & 14: are removed.

We have used some new Windows API functions to improve GUI painting in BRU in this latest release, this should improve flickering and smoothness of the redraw.
But I think on XP these new functions are not available and maybe that is what you are seeing...
