All+R Shortcut Used Twice

1. menu item, Renaming Options
2. as a shortcut to initiate a Rename of files
If there are no files in the file list, Alt+R opens the Renaming Options menu item as expected.
If there are files in the file list, & if any have a pending rename operation able to be performed on them, Alt+R initiates that rename operation.
An Alt - followed by - R, will bring up Renaming Options, regardless.
In this case, Alt (alone), acts as a kind of "sticky" to the menu items.
(Alt+O appears to be available.)
