Bulk Rename Utility

Within my 'Name' field, often titles will appear as:
The Four Aces - Written On The Wind 
Wally Lewis - Kathleen

whereas I wish them to present with title firstly, as in
Written On The Wind - The Four Aces
Kathleen - Wally Lewis

Can anyone please guide me with a formula to apply (and where?), to achieve my preferred order within the 'Name' field?

Sorry, the rube, I don't really understand. Yes I did try that other question but it only got views, no response. As I said before, I did try the old suggestion but was 'greyed out'.
I also revamped my question because I hadn't made clear that my artist and title are within the same field
Do you have a suggestion please?

Well, I still can't figure exactly what therube was suggesting ........ and why he doesn't seem inclined to clarify - or help me. I am new to the
programme and to the Forum, so a bit of understanding would be appreciated. I'm sure the experts on here can answer my question without too much trouble to them??
