Error when renaming text

I actually searched the forums and tried a lot to get it working..I double checked if the name is correct and so on. but i can't make it work.
I have a text file: testdrogo.mp3 | test.wav
I know that no conversion happened .. I just chose this as a test .. but I can do anything..if I select all the files in the directory or just testdrogo ... it simply doesn't work..or maybe do i need a special version of this program.
I think it might be helpful, but if it doesn't really work then it doesn't.
Help will be great.
