Renaming Subfolders: Disable "CTRL-F5" dialog?

Hi:
Amazing program. Long time user.
I recently upgraded and when I rename folders with the "Subfolders" option enabled, I get a really annoying dialog box every time:
"Some folders have been renamed: use CTRL+F5 if you want to refresh the folder tree and file list to reflect these changes."
Is there any way to disable and prevent this dialog from showing? The previous version I was using didn't have this.
If not, this window should really only pop up once (ever) for the user or have the option to be suppressed.
Thanks.
