BRU no longer launching / opening windows 10

BRU used to work, but now it will not open. I have attempted to uninstall and reinstall, restart the workstation, run as administrator. I can not get it to open anymore, reviewing the forums, it appears to be working for other people with different questions. I'm wondering what I might have done to cause it to stop, any suggestions are appreciated. Thank you.

Do you think your antivirus is interfering?
What a/v are you using?
Are you able to temporarily disable your a/v?
Check its' logs & see if it might have actually deleted part of the program itself (& even on re-installation).

I did not try that initally, but I did just attempt it with no success. I am currently using Windows defender. turned off real time protection and attempted to reinstall, still unable to launch program.

Ok, I found the issue. I had to run the "Windows Store Apps" troubleshooter. I had an error on the UAC, it was able to fix it. then reinstall BRU "as administrator" and it appears to be working again. Thanks for the help.
