BRU don't work on external HDD

I have W10 and BRU don't work on my external W.D.
Is there something to do ?

Hello,
I found out where the problem comes from. Almost by accident.
The professional guy who assembled my PC, made himself the administrator.
I did not have authorization to change the contents of the folder. But BRU did not tell me that. He just said "ERROR".
Thanks to a computer website, I was able to change the permissions for this folder and set myself owner of the folder.
Only then was BRU able to do what I asked.
I have to do this manipulation for every folder on the external HDD.
