copy/move to Relative location

Good day,
Is there a way to copy or move files to a relative location, rather than a specific location?
I'd like to rename files and move them "up" two directory levels; I've tried variations of ..\.. or ..\..\ without success.
I don't want to specify a specific directory name because I'm renaming files across multiple directory trees and need to move each file up two directories, each of these directories have a different name but are always exactly two levels up.

First to put a checkmark inside for the menu... Renaming Options, Advanced Options, Allow using \ in Renaming Criteria.
Then Add(7) can use a "Prefix" like... ..\..\
