How do you Capitalise each word in filename (without spaces)

I have a filename that I need to rename by adding capitals to each word but the filename doesn't currently have any spaces so the Case (4) option doesn't work.

eg: filenameone
Want to rename as FileNameOne or even File Name One

Hi, it is not possible with BRU as it does not know which text is which word (it does not have a dictionary)
