Reformatting Dates in file names

I am trying to rename file dates, but have had no luck.. The final date format needs to be YYYY-MM-DD and remove periods and uses dashes.

Original:
Hawaii.Oahu.20.08.30.1080p.mp4 <-- (This is YY.MM.DD)

Changed to:
Hawaii - Oahu - 2020-08-30 - 1080p.mp4 <-- (Need it to be YYYY.MM.DD)

Hi, can you give more examples of file names from -> to , let's say at least 5 examples. Does the date always come after 2 words separated by a dot.

I can give five examples if you need 5, however my objective is to remove periods, put dashes with spaces and move the year to the front and change the year to a 4 digit year.

The date doesn't always come after two words. I didn't even consider that!

Original:
Hawaii.20.08.30.1080p.mp4

Changed to:
Hawaii - 2020-08-30 - 1080p.mp4
