Problem with filenames not displaying properly

Postby John1802 » Sun May 14, 2023 6:48 pm

I have been having a problem with files not displaying correctly. Hard to explain really but instead of showing the file to rename in one column and the result of the renaming in another, I have two columns of what looks like meaningless numbers, letters etc

Name
{019152B2-0000-0000-0000-000000000000}
{141C4946-0000-0000-0000-000000000000}
{33D78043-0000-0000-0000-000000000000}
{5248E7BD-0000-0000-0000-000000000000}
{AF474F96-0000-0000-0000-000000000000}
{CA7C9061-0000-0000-0000-000000000000}

Does anyone know what is going on?

Name column

Its looks like the SD-card does not have any files inside of those very long {folder-names}.
Could always make just those folders hidden, if needing to see the files inside of them?

If not wanting any folders in the Name-columm, remove the "Folders" checkmark from Filters(12).
If not wanting folder-names like {this}, then the Filters(12) could use a "Mask" like... * !{*}
Then just click the blue-arrows beside "Mask" to filter those folder-names away.

Yes, those are directories, not files.

But if you expand the + sign by 'SD card', that should then list those same directories.
And if you clicked one of them, & if there were files within, it would display the files in that directory, no?

Or, tic the Subfolders option in 12:Filters.
