How do I rename multiple files in multiple folders?

I have a mod for Subnautica. The mod has 155 folders each one contains a file called texture.png so there is a total of 155 folders called texture.png in 155 folders. How do I take multiple files, in multiple folders, and rename them sequentially? I plan to move them afterwards in order to create smaller groups.

Hi, tick "subfolders" in Filters (12) then select all files you want to rename.
