Error renaming ' creating new file

I'm a BRU newbie. I love the power of this utility, but I'm making a mistake somewhere. I just verified that I am running the latest version of BRU.

The preview output of my file rename project looks great. All file names are correct and the folder and subfolder names are appearing in the prefix of the filename.

I am receiving the following error when I attempt to run the job:

As you can see, the error says it's unable to create / rename the destination file, but in the preview, the destination file name is correct and different.

What's going on here? Thanks!

Trying to open the screenshot doesn't appear to be working correctly (at the imgur end ?), so,https://i.imgur.com/0bYoiyk.png.

Is the Users (C:\Users\xxx\...) the same between the old & new?
If not, then maybe it is actually a permissions issue, with "you" (DJ) not having permission to write to user (lets say) CJ's account?

Thanks for the reply. No, that's not it. The folder structure is as follows:
Source: C:\Users\my name\Source Root
Destination C:\Users\my name\Destination Root
