I'll note that a Move can only work within a particular Volume.
So if you were to attempt to "move" from C:\tmp to D:\newtmp, that would cause a Copy rather then Move to occur.
(And theoretically, though I have not looked, after the Copy to d:\newtmp, c:\tmp would be removed - or so I would expect?)
