Some files don't have a Item Date?

I'm trying to use Item Date to append a date to all my image/video files name but for some of them I am unable to because bulk rename utility doesn't have the Item Date available for some but not all files. What's going on? The files show the Item Date just fine in File Explorer.

Hi, there is a column called "Item Date" that you can show.

(Note that you have to "view" the image, to see it, full size.)

See the discussion of "Item date", Item date does not display seconds.

And note that not all of your files actually have "Item dates" (within them).
(BRU pulls that information from Windows, & seemingly Windows does not see said information from a number of the files.)

If you check the (Windows) Properties of IMG_2714.MOV, does it display your wanted "Item date"?
