Bulk Rename Utility I encountered a problem in the process of digitally organizing a collection of photos, after converting my jpg,png photos from letter format to digital format, my photos turned into a white file that could not be opened, and I could not open and view photos. 15,000 images were white and unopenable and the system showed the same result when rescanning other images..

Are you talking about the GUI, BRU or the command-line program, BRC?

Not sure what you're meaning by, 'letter format to digital format'?


In any case, thinking you renamed the file extension, included the file extension in the rename, so the files no longer have a .jpg or .png extension, & with that Windows doesn't know what to do with the files.

(So check your settings, Renaming Options -> File/Folder Extensions, & add or fix the file names so they again do have a .jpg extension, & you should be good.)
