Rename a folder based on a subfolders name

Hi,
Is it possible to rename a folder based on the name of a subfolder?
Example:-
\A\Nod {1257}
to
\A {1257}\Nod {1257}

Also can I list just the folders than contain folders say with "{" in their name?
