How to rename iPhone photos with date taken - solution

Hi guys,
I wanted to share with you a solution to problem I had with iPhone photos rename.
If you use the "Auto Date" tab to rename pictures you took with your iPhone (or Android) and make the filename use the Date & Time the photo was taken, you'll see it's not working out-of-the-box....
The "Item Date" will be the date you copied the photo to your PC and not the date the photo was taken (and no other date type would get you the date the photo was taken).

For it to work you'll need to go to menu "Renaming Options" > "ID3 / Exif Data / File Properties" > "Extract Windows File Properties" (enable it).
Restart the app.
Now the "Item Date" should get you the date the photo was taken.

I hope it will help someone else.

Best regards,
Koby
