Need some help with "Replace"

I have read all about "Replace" in the helpfile, and I have searched the forum for "Replace, and studied/tested the interface a lot, but I cant figure out how to do this: (see image)

Update: Found out myself. I must use only the "Repl.(3)" fields

Update 2: What a fantastic program! I replaced one part of the filename with another. The list of files was quite large (ca 45.000 JPG's). Ca 5000 files needed to be changed, and Bulk Rename Utility did it in 5 seconds! I donated 20 USD. It should have been more, but I hope many other users also donate a sum so you will keep up the good work.
