Only number multiples

I have lots of movies that are each in their own folder. I can select successfully all the folders and only show the files in the subfolders. Some of the movie folders have multiple files and need to be numbered normally. But I dont want to number the movies without multiples. How could I do this all at once and not have to go to each folder?

This is how its naming all the files in their separate folder. Remember naming is based on their folder as when they are ripped they are title.mkv.
Predator-01.mkv
Superman-01.mkv
Big fish-01.mkv
House of cards disc 1-01.mkv
House of cards disc 1-02.mkv
House of cards disc 1-03.mkv
House of cards disc 2-01.mkv
House of cards disc 2-02.mkv
Batman-01.mkv
This is what I want:
Predator.mkv
Superman.mkv
Big fish.mkv
House of cards disc 1-01.mkv
House of cards disc 1-02.mkv
House of cards disc 1-03.mkv
House of cards disc 2-01.mkv
House of cards disc 2-02.mkv
Batman.mkv

Thanks, so remove -01 at end if only one file with that name....
It can be done with a Javascript script in BRU, but Javacripting requires a commercial license:
