Item "*****" could not be renamed. Help??

I keep getting this error every 5 files when bulk renaming a bunch of files and subfolders. I am using the Remove (5) function, to both remove special characters (trying to upload files to OneDrive and they won't take characters such as # and %) and trying to shorten file names to not exceed the maximum path length One Drive allows (telling it to only display file names at or over 20 characters and to delete the last five.
The error message says "Error Code:" and then nothing. The funny thing is, the process starts ok for the first 800-1000 files and then the error message appears every five files.
Any ideas?
Clicking on "Yes" every time would take me days.
