I wanted to provide an update...
It appears the issue was related to me choosing to Copy/Move to Location(13) and specifying a new directory for newly renames directories (which include folder, subfolders and files within each).
Today, I just left that blank and hit Rename - and it worked.
ALL FILES, including folders, sub-folders and files within sub-folders were renamed!
