Timestamp not displaying in File Explorer

After a change in a file's timestamp, the file does not display any of the times in Windows File Explorer.
The file explorer property sheet for the file has the right dates.
I assume it's an update issue with File Explorer.
I've tried "Refresh" in File Explorer, any idea how to get the times displayed?

Microsoft is prejudice against the old dates, so not presents them.

Seems to be (mainly) a Win10 issue.
(I guess that par for the course.)

Windows Explorer no longer auto-refreshing after Windows Update

Folders not refreshing automatically in Windows 10

(Oh, & not that I particularly use Windows Explorer [in Win7, or anywhere for that matter], I'm not seeing any issue in Win7.)

This why Im never like using the Windows File Explorer, it will also stay forever prejudice against the years before 1980.
