Bulk Rename Utility

Hi all, I've been using BRU for renaming scanned photos to extract underscores from the automatically generated file names the scanner names them. Its working really well but Im have to do each folder one at a time. Im wondering if its possible to rename all the files in 1 shot by selecting my master folder and having all the file names in the subfolders rename? I have another 135 folders with about 10300 files to go. Plus I have 10s of thousands more photos to scan and rename after scanning. Can you do this?

With Filters(12), there should be a checkmark inside for the "Subfolders".
Numbering(10) also has a "Folder" checkmark, to restart numbering for every folder.
