Swap File Description names

I had an old program that would swap the name of the song with the artist and vise versa. Program doesn't work with the new Windows 10.
For instance, the set up would be something like this, Manufacturer-number - Song - Title or Manufacturer-number - Title - Artist.
For my cataloging, my old program, I liked the idea of the title then the artist. Currently, songs are coming through with the Artist and then the title. I have thousands of songs that need to be hand changed in order to accomplish continuity. It would be nice to be able to do a bulk change in a folder.
