Bulk Rename Utility

Hi,
I am using this utility to filter awkward characters from file and folder names.
The option STRIPACCENTS works great but STRIPHIGH doesn't work at all:

I work on a windows 7 platform, 32-bit (I was careful to download the right package).

Am I the only one with this problem? or is there something wrong with the program?

I am adding links to screenshots so you can see which characters cause trouble. I entered them using alt+###.
