Bulk Rename Utility

Hello.

Found a potential bug that needs addressing.

According to BRC manual, the /STRIPHIGH should be implemented but it is not working.

Using an example BRC64.exe /STRIPHIGH
and a file

Bahá'í Muñoz

It returns

Filename Bahá'í Muñoz requires no changes

Please assist. If this is indeed a bug I would like to know.
Is this a known issue and if so are you plan on making a correction soon?
