adding folders to downloads

I was using Windows 10 and set my actions to be standard for every time I use BRU ie
CAPITALIZE every letter and fill spaces with periods.
I went to Windows 11 and can't set my actions to be standard for every time I use BRU
Does anyone have any way I can have Windows 11 do the same ???

How do you do that in 10?
What happens when you try that in 11?

I am not sure how I did it but I just found out that whatever criteria I used if I go to tab FILE and select FAVORITES I can save my selection.
