Right-click behaviour

Postby TheGhost78 » Fri Jul 19, 2024 11:33 am

Using BRU v3.5.0.0, v3.4.4.0, v3.4.3.0, v3.4.2.0 and v3.4.1.0:

When right-clicking on a network mapped drive (or subfolder), BRU behaves as if no drive (or folder) is selected, i.e. it is not bold in the left-hand panel, nor is the tree expanded. This PC is what is in bold.

This does not happen in v3.4.0.0. It expands the tree and enboldens whichever folder you right-click on.

This does not happen with normal drives / folders in v3.4.1.0 onwards.

Thank you for the report, we will check this.
Does the mapped drive appear on the folder tree on the left but it is not selected / highlighted like other local drives?
Thanks

It appears in the left-hand panel, yes - but This PC is what remains highlighted.

Hi, do you mean when using "Bulk Rename Here" in Windows File Explorer? I.e. right click on a folder in a mapped drive and choose "Bulk Rename Here" ? thanks
